Personalized Exercise Program
Inside the app, you'll find your daily routine and custom strength training workouts, created together based on your initial evaluation. On weeks without a scheduled check-in, you'll receive feedback on your exercises directly in the app.
Flare Management
One of our main goals during this process is to decrease the frequency and intensity of your flare ups. This will be done via live sessions, daily flare tracking and a lot of self reflection. You will be assigned weekly homework to figure out your trends and solutions to your unique flare ups & we will create a flare routine together.
Educational Content & Community
Within our Slack community, you'll have the opportunity to connect with and learn from others in the hypermobile community. You'll also get full access to our educational library and monthly group call recordings, all available in the app!
Virtual Sessions & Unlimited Communication
In your 3 month program will be a 1 hr initial eval and 5 bi-weekly 30 minute check ins. These will all be done synchronously with your coach in the app via zoom. You'll also have unlimited messaging access with your coach for all the weird and random things that happen in a hypermobile body:)
