The Hypermobile Chiro

Welcome!

Hi! I’m Taylor, a Chiropractor-turned- Hypermobility Coach.

I help people struggling with hypermobility (& co) navigate the newness & unknowns of HSD/hEDS, so they can understand their bodies unique needs & start living life to the fullest again.

Being on this program with Taylor was very beneficial, I’m grateful I was able to follow it online. Being on the other side of the planet did not affect me in any way. Taylor’s support was extremely valuable, having a Professional tracking your progress and symptoms helps you understand things from a different perspective.

I didn't really know what to expect. I am beyond thankful for all of Taylor’s insight and teachings! I feel like the first 2 weeks I was drinking from a water hose and now I am ready to challenge myself more. I am surprised by how quickly my joints have stopped hurting and am excited for continued focus in strength training to prevent future pain.

I have learned so much from Taylor. I am now able to Eat and drink like a normal human again which makes me feel so good. I learned to move slowly, and that it’s okay to move at a pace that’s safer for my well being- I can’t do it all and do it all perfectly. I thought I had my POTS under control and I was so wrong, I feel like a new person again.

Working with Taylor actually exceeded my expectations. I’ve seen the impact of the workouts and I do not want to stop. Also helpful thoughts and reframes like ‘pain is complicated’ and ‘being compassionate towards myself is more effective than being hard on myself’. The community of other clients makes me feel seen, I’m excited to continue!

10/10 would recommend!! I feel like my mindset has already shifted so much for the better!! My husband and I went on a hike today and didn’t have any issues except for some minor dizziness. That felt like a huge win!!

In the months that I worked with Taylor, I went from sitting on my couch all day, to learning Muay Thai, ballroom dance, and training to compete in local powerlifting meets. Taylor's approach is gentle and kind, supportive, and gave me confidence to do things I've wanted to do for years. She is actively invested in her clients, and skilled at knowing how to meet each challenge. I cannot speak highly enough of her, and I recommend her to everyone I know!

About Taylor

Growing up, I always knew my body could bend in ways others couldn’t (anyone else have the nickname ‘Gumby’ as a kid??). I became to understand my bendy body as being hypermobile, but as I got older my bendy body began to catch up with me and left me with debilitating neck pain.

As a trained Chiropractor, I had many frustrating experiences in the medical world and felt I was not listened to. These experiences and more led me to where I am today – helping 100s of clients across the world manage their hypermobile bodies.
