Virtual Sessions + Unlimited Communication

Your program includes a 1-hour initial evaluation and 5 bi-weekly 30-minute check-ins, all done live via Zoom inside the app. Between sessions, you have unlimited messaging access to your coach — no waiting a week to ask a question.

Custom Strength Training + Daily Routine

Everything is built from your initial evaluation. Your strength training program and daily routine live inside the hyperMOBILE app. On weeks without a check-in, you get direct feedback on your workouts inside the app. You video yourself training so we can make sure you're getting what you need out of every session.

Flare Tracking

Flares are part of this condition. The goal isn't to avoid them forever — it's to understand them. We use a daily flare tracking system to collect real data on your patterns: frequency, intensity, triggers, and what actually helps. Over time, that data becomes your roadmap. You stop feeling like a victim of your flares and start feeling like someone who knows what to do when one shows up.

Educational Content + Community

You get full access to our educational video and resource library inside the app, plus access to our Slack community where you can connect with others navigating HSD and hEDS. Monthly group call recordings are included too.
