We start with a virtual assessment & create a custom self management plan that can be done 100% at home.

Finally: We will execute the plan TOGETHER.

I provide guidance, support, tools, & exercises to help you  manage your hypermobility one day at a time.

What Is A Self-Management Plan & FAQs

A self-management plan is an individualized program that you can do 100% on your own. It will provide you with the background knowledge to achieve your goals, as well as a detailed roadmap to help guide you along the way.

How long does the hypermobility coaching program last, and what can I expect to achieve during that time?

Hypermobility Coaching is a personalized 1:1 experience that varies in length depending on your specific goals and needs. By the end of the program, you can expect to gain tools to manage your flares, exercises that work for your body and help you achieve your goals, education on hypermobility and how it affects you, improved self-awareness to understand your limits, and actionable steps to create a care team that supports your various comorbidities.

I understand that hypermobility can be a challenging condition to navigate and can feel extremely overwhelming at times. As your coach, my goal is to provide you with the support and guidance you need to navigate this diagnosis, manage your symptoms, and improve your overall quality of life.

How much does hypermobility coaching cost, and is it covered by insurance or other healthcare benefits?

Currently, I do not have the option to bill insurance for Hypermobility Coaching as it is NOT chiropractic care. The cost of the program varies depending on your needs and goals. To get a better idea of the pricing, you can book a discovery call with me!

Do you offer in-person coaching sessions, or is the hypermobility coaching program exclusively virtual?

I solely offer virtual coaching, which I have found to be very beneficial for this community. With common comorbidities such as MCAS, dysautonomia, ME/CFS, etc., it can be impossible to leave the house even for care.  This is one of the many reasons I decided to go fully digital!

I have tried exercising in the past and it has not gone well for me. How do I know this will be different?

If exercise has not worked for you in the past, you are not alone. My approach is gradual, where we start at your tolerable starting point, which we will determine together. We will be in constant communication throughout the program, and your coaching plan will adjust based on your symptoms, needs, and challenges along the way.
